Hi dear doctors, thank you all for your valuable feedbacks. I was a full flat chested person, not even a cup. In 2021 i had 350cc round hp mentor brand under muscle replaced. I find them small given my body frame and length, and they are still high on my chest. I am now thinking 625cc round hp 14cm width implants. Is it good big for me or can I go even higher profile and wider? The doc will also bring the implants closer, make it dual plane for the implants to lower down a bit. Is it good?

Answer: Size Just based on your photo, the 625 will be too large and heavy for your frame. Also, the pocket should not be lowered for then it will be weak and your implants will bottom out from the heavy weight. Please do no choose such a large sie.

Answer: Breast augmentation outcome Breast augmentation outcomes are based on three variables. The first is the patient’s candidacy for the procedure. Variables that alter candidacy include breast diameter, breast position on the chest wall, breast, breast shape, including breast droopiness or ptosis. The second variable is implant selection, including size, shape, and implant type. The third variable is the surgeons ability to place the implant and the correct an atomic location. Using excessively large implants will increase the rate of secondary side effects, increased complications, and increased need for revision surgery. if your implants are significantly larger than your natural breast diameter, then you’re going to have problems with all of these variables. Lowering implants is going to violate your IMF or inframammary fold, this puts patients at increased risk for implants that bottom out. Your implant is bigger than your natural breast diameter and that’s why it looks the way it does. Opening the pocket mediately may help, but recognize that your breast sit far apart on your chest wall and did before surgery. Upsizing your implants significantly will increase your risk of complications and need for further surgery. Best, Mats Hagstrom, MD
