Do I have a good structure to benefit from buccal fat removal? (Photos)

I don't think you would benefit from buccal fat removal. Maybe a small amount can be remove from the right side (with the ear bud) because that side looks fuller in the cheek. Chin: It is personal preference, but yes it can be move forward a little bit to give a more masculine appearance. It does not need to be increased in width--I think it is already nice for a male.
