My face gains weight asymmetrically, with the right cheek noticeably much fuller. I already signed up for a buccal fat removal surgery, but I chose the cheapest doctor, and he couldn't remove the fat. He said he would try again. I would like to try with another doctor, but I’m afraid the buccal fat may not be removable. Is there a case where the buccal fat pad cannot be removed? In addition to the buccal fat removal, I am considering genioplasty to help improve the harmony of my face.

First of all, thank you for your brave confession. You have actually understood better how much risk you are taking with cheap 'doctors' who only take the price factor into consideration.

Yours is not an asymmetry that can be corrected with buccal fat removal only. The projection of your chin needs to be supported with a chin implant. Fat injection may also be necessary to balance the asymmetry.

And please be aware that many patients like you unfortunately experience unsuccessful buccal fat removal due to most of the doctors consider it so easy and not give enough attention.
