Droopy eyelashes after ptosis surgery - what can be done to correct this? (Photo)

I had a ptosis surgery 7 months ago via anterior levator resection on my right eye. I think my surgeon didn't lift the eyelid enough. The eyelashes and the outer corner looks still droopy and it makes the eye look sad. What can be done to correct this? would a revision make sense? or is there a risk that it could get worse? Thank you!

You have bilateral upper eyelid ptosis with compensatory eyebrow elevation. You just happen to have one eyelid that is heavier than the other (common) and on that side your eyebrow is higher to compensate. I am skeptical that you had "maximal" advancement of the anterior levator. Meaning you likely have a real probability that revisional surgery would be beneficial. It appears that more could have been done to control the eyelid platform which appears to still contain redundant skin and muscle...

The photo from 2020 is a great photo, but the rest of the photos are either while you squinting or smiling. You have to have exact same photo as the 2020. But if your eyes are not as open as 2020, you have mild ptosis of both eyes.
