I recently discovered that I have an indentation in the back of my thigh. I have had short hair for many years, which I cut myself. When I was trimming my hair yesterday I realized that when I lean on the counter the indentation lines up perfectly with the edge. I browsed the web and read from other people who had similar indentations that the fat could be atrophied. Is this something that will go away on its own with time if I stop leaning against the counter, or would I need a fat transfer?
