Answer: RE: Will dermal filler work for jawline corrections Hello, this is Dr. Hong from Fresh Clinic in Seoul, South Korea. I have reviewed your photos, and I believe that fillers alone may not provide the results you're looking for. Here's why: 1. Jawline & Jowls: There is some noticeable sagging along the jawline, and early signs of jowls are appearing. This is a natural result of the skin losing elasticity over time. 2. Nasolabial Folds: The lines running from the sides of your nose to the corners of your mouth (nasolabial folds) are becoming more pronounced, likely due to volume loss in the mid-face. 3. Cheeks: There's a mild loss of volume in the cheeks, which is contributing to the deepening of the nasolabial folds and giving the face a slightly tired appearance. 4. Perioral Area (around the mouth): Some fine lines are forming around your mouth, which also adds to an aged look. Based on this, a more comprehensive treatment approach would likely provide the best results. Here’s what I recommend: 1. Restoring Volume: A minimally invasive treatment like fat transfer can help restore lost volume in key areas, such as the cheeks, temples, forehead, and nasolabial folds. This will refresh your appearance and give you a more youthful look. 2. Jawline & Jowls: If the lower face is affected by excess fat, a mini liposuction procedure combined with a thread lift could effectively contour the area and lift sagging skin around the jowls. I hope this information is helpful to you! Best regards,Dr. Hong

Answer: Jawline There are several options for you to consider. Juvederm Volux is specifically designed to contour the jawline. For facial hollowness you can consider HA fillers or if you are wanting something longer lasting you can consider Sculptra or even Renuva. I encourage you to visit with an expert injector to discuss your concerns and learn more about the options. I've included a video on Sculptra that I hope you find helpful.
