Fillers for dark under eye circles - What happens when they dissolve? (photo)

lmba
Hi, I'm a 52-year-old male. Weigh 177 lb non-smoker non-drinker. I've always been bothered by dark under eye circles. I've tried various over-the-counter cream such which don't seem to make much of a difference. I tried a fat graft about a year and a half ago and it doesn't look like I kept any of it . As much as I absolutely hate it, I use concealer which doesn't look bad. Problem is 1. I HATE having to start it and 2. I think it leads me to have Amelia. I was thinking about fillers, but I had a couple of questions. 1) is once it absorbed by the body, does the skin become slack? Like a balloon whose air was taken out of it? 2)does the filler migrate? 3) Also, I don't know how much the filler will help the appearance of the dark circles versus Hollows. If I have to apply concealer and then remove it every night, would that decrease the amount of time that the dealer will last? Thank you to anyone who takes the time to respond.
