Hi there. Not sure what procedure is best to have done either: rhinoplasty or dermal fillers. Ideally fillers as it’s less evasive and easier, but I feel like my nose is not in proportion to my face vice versa with my lips. I have a strong brow bone too so this is something I am factoring in too. Essentially what procedure do you think will b best suited to achieve a more balanced side profile?
Answer: Face Your proportions honestly don't look too bad to me, but if I had to nitpick, then I think taking the nose back would be best vs. building up the rest of the face. However, I would not normally recommend doing a rhino for this reason alone.

Answer: Facial Balancing: Choosing Between Rhinoplasty and Dermal Fillers Hello, Achieving a balanced facial profile often involves considering the harmony between different facial features, including the nose, lips, and brow. Both rhinoplasty and dermal fillers can be effective, but the choice depends on your specific goals and anatomy. Rhinoplasty: This surgical procedure can permanently alter the shape and size of your nose, providing a long-term solution for achieving facial balance. It is ideal if you feel that your nose is significantly disproportionate and requires structural changes. Dermal Fillers: These are non-surgical and can be a great option for subtle adjustments, such as enhancing lip volume or softening the appearance of a strong brow bone. Fillers can also be used to make minor adjustments to the nose, such as smoothing out a dorsal hump or lifting the tip. Considering your preference for a less invasive option, starting with dermal fillers might be a practical approach. They allow you to see potential changes without committing to surgery. However, if your concerns are primarily with the size or structure of your nose, consulting with a board-certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist could provide more personalized advice on whether rhinoplasty might better meet your needs. Ultimately, a consultation with a qualified professional will help you understand the best approach to achieve the harmonious profile you desire.

Answer: Harmonious features I would not begin with surgery to balance your features. Filler is a good option because you can go slowly and build up the look you are wanting. And if HA fillers are used, they can be dissolved with hyaluronidase if the results aren't what you were hoping. See an expert injector near you for an evaluation.

Answer: Facial Balancing with Dermal Fillers Facial balancing is all about harmony between your features, and the best approach depends on what specifically is throwing off that balance. If your nose feels too dominant in profile, a liquid rhinoplasty (non-surgical nose filler) can subtly refine its shape without the downtime of surgery. If it’s more about balancing your lower face with your stronger brow bone, chin or jawline filler can help create more proportion and structure. Since you’re open to non-invasive options, starting with dermal fillers is a great first step—they’re temporary, so you can see how adjustments affect your profile right away. I’d recommend consulting with an experienced injector who specializes in facial balancing to assess your unique structure and goals. Hope that helps!
