Additional skin tightening options after MyEllevate? (Photo)

I am 47. I had MyEllevate done twice -- first time in Dec 2022 and second time in Dec 2023. The first time I also had lipo and J-plasma done to the area (submental). Since then, I still have some loose skin/skin sag in the middle. Would getting threading and/or having energy-based procedure (like Ultherapy or Sofwave) negatively affect the MyEllevate bands or results? I don't want to damage anything that was done.

The Photographs demonstrate residual fat deposits in the neck and significant laxity of the skin in the neck.  At age 47,You're going to require a lower face and neck lift procedure which accomplishes tightening loose facial and neck skin, tighten loose facial and neck muscles, removing residual fat deposits in the neck and re-creating the jawline with a platysma plasty. Non-surgical treatments simply cannot accomplish what a  surgical face/necklift can.
