Would MyEllevate or FaceTite help correct sagging skin in the neck and chin or will I need a neck lift? (photos)

I'm 41 and thin with sagging skin under my chin and on my neck. I'd rather not get a neck lift at this age since it only lasts for 10ish years but I also don't want to waste money and time on treatments that don't work. From what I've read about myellevate and FaceTite, they're ideal for those with extra fat which isn't my issue. It's just sagging skin. Thanks in advance.
