Surgery on 10/23, and it’s been and still is a nightmare since, are tightness and pain causing lack of sleep normal? (Photo)

Almost 6 weeks. I have these huge fluid filled knots under the left breast. I still have a light, clear fluid that oozes on both sides, I still have severe, sharp pains in both arms with numbness in thumb and forefinger. My surgery was five or take 12 and 1/2 hours. I went from an “I” cup to a “D” cup. It still feels extremely tight on both sides. Can’t even sleep in my bed yet. Is any of this ok? I’ve only seen my surgeon once but keep seeming his APN. Getting fed up. Can someone help me?
