I had a double jaw surgery 1,5 years ago. As a results of it I have a very loose skin around the chin area. I have a double fat chin. Can it be corrected? Is 24 years to young for face lift? Thank you.
Answer: Achieve minimizing the appearance of loose skin by doing Morpheus8 treatments Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

I do recommend you consider Kybella, the first and only FDA-approved injectable to contour and improve the jawline due to submental fullness of submental fat (also known as double chin). Kybella provides a quick recovery time and very positive results. I suggest you consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon with plenty of experience utilizing injectables and specifically, Kybella. After all, you do not want to sacrifice your results by going to an inexperienced surgeon for injectables will not work correctly if they are not adminstered correctly. Best wishes,

Your very young and looked very good and I certainly would not consider neck lift her facelift at your age.One possibility would be laser liposuction of the submental area. The benefit of the laser is that in addition to dissolving fat the heat from the laser can also produce 22% skin tightening.Please consult an expert board certified plastic surgeon who has laser experience.
