Hair Transplant to fix uneven widows peak since birth. How realistic is it to fix this in my late 20s? (photo)

You have no problem with your frontal hairline and ıf you want to a straight line on front , that would be unnatural . it would be not possible to give you a tatally natural straight hairline and eliminate the peak .

One of the options you may have to even out the widows peak is to have a hair transplant. Hair grafts may be planted anywhere you may see fit and fill in the areas where there is no hair.

You are transitioning into a male mature hairline as the widow's peak is a remnant to where your hairline was when you are 5 years old and what you are seeing is movement of the hairline to a mature hairline. Some men retain this widow's peak unless they undergo genetic balding in which case they may lose the widow's peak and the entire hairline as well.
