I have seen photos online of patients who had filler for their horizontal neck lines. I consulted a local cosmetic dermatologist who told me I needed surgery (neck lift?) which I find ridiculous as I’m not even 50 yet & my lines don’t seem that awful to me. Will filler help to smooth my neck lines?
