Ive had these bumps under my eyes as long as I can remember. Sometimes they appear more noticeable and then flatten. Ive even seen one bump appear and then go away. I am not entirely sure what I have but want a permanent solution to possibly get rid of them. From my understanding, if they are syringomas it is likely the bumps can come back. Please help!
