How can I improve my belly button keloid scar after tt? (photo)

are common after tummy tucks and once you are healed (usually 6 months post op), you can have a revision where the scar is removed and the belly button stretched out more to remove the excesses so you can see the bottom of the belly button.  Hopefully scarring will be better but you can talk to your surgeon about options for minimizing scarring after your revision.

10 Weeks is too early to judge the final look of your belly button. Sometimes massaging ans silicone sheet / get can make it softer and lighter.

You are still in your early post operative period.
It takes up to a full year for scars to mature and fade/soften.
That said, if your scars are thickening and becoming raised your board certified plastic surgeon who performed your surgery can help with injections of steroids /5FU into scar tissue to help soften and flatten scars.
If the scars are still unacceptable, your board certified plastic surgeon who performed your surgery may elect to revise your scars.
