I had a closed rhinoplasty 2 months ago to thin a wide bridge and tip. The cartilages were trimmed and sutured. The bridge turned out nicely but the tip seems crooked and pinched. My right cartilage also feels tight, if that makes sense. I know it's still early but my surgeon doesn't think my concerns will resolve on their own. He also doesn't think the tip looks bad enough for revision but I'm so self conscious of it. Down the road, how risky/involved would a revision be to get it fixed?
