How can I reverse pinched tip? (photo)

i had one surgery 3 years ago, and i had a second one (at the hospital with local anaisthesia) 2 years ago. i'm very disapointed with the result, i made a terrible mistake (i had been very focus in my nose because unfortunately i was not in a good psycological mood) and i want to know if i can fix the tip and strength it. the cost will be higher than the firts surgery?? thank you

The tip can be strengthened through multiple maneuvers and the aesthetic improved as well.Find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds  
of rhinoplasties and rhinoplasty revisions each year.  Then look at the 
 plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a

A pinched nasal tip can be corrected with grafts. Yes, it probably will cost more due to the complexity of the issue.

The  Cost for a revision rhinoplasty is more extensive than a primary  rhinoplasty due to the extensive nature of the changes needed to be made and the length of time it costs to repair the nose.
