What the risks involved with dissolving chin filler?

Hi! I had chin filler a few months ago and I just don't think it suits me at all. Are there serious risks dissolving it? Can my tissue be damaged from the dissolvent? Please help. I'm conflicted With the real selfs rating on hylaronidase
