Uneven cheeks, gummy smile, and facial lines - Chin Liposuction revision or filler? (photos)

Hello! I am about 3 months po from getting jaw contouring/chin lipo with jplasma & buccal fat removal. However, I feel like my face is still puffy/round (pics added). I am only 27 and I feel like the heaviness in my face makes me look way older. What treatments would you recommend to address? Is getting revision chin lipo/buccal fat a thing or would fillers/Botox help? My concern is the uneven cheeks, gummy smile and facial lines near my mouth and nose. I also eat well and exercise 5-6x a week.
