Harmonious projection of the cheeks plays a central role in the appearance of the face both in front face and profile views. The photos show volume deficit and flattening of the central cheek area, which contributes in large measure to the appearance of the tear troughs and puffiness below the eyes and secondarily contributes in profile view to the appearance of the overprojection of the chin. The use of a volumizing filler for the cheeks, such as Voluma XC, would likely correct all of the above and minimize the appearance of chin over-projection in the lateral view. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist to discuss these issues. You might be surprised by how big a difference such an approach can make. Hi, the reason why your chin appears in the foreground on your face is because your cheekbones look weak and flat. This effect can be changed with dermal fillers applied to the cheekbones and under-eye area. When the cheekbones become more prominent, a more attractive and feminine appearance is obtained.

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring.
