Had a Right Upper Molar Removed in the Army Years Ago. Have Been Noticing my Face Seems to Be Falling?

Unfortunately facial muscles change and will " sink in" once the teeth and jaw bone support is lost. Replacing the teeth with implants/ even dentures could give some support to these muscles. 

It is very unlikely that the loss of a single tooth is the cause of your "face falling". I suggest seeing a chiropractor for your neck and also a massage therapist to help relax the muscles.

Usually one tooth removed will not cause your face to sag... however the better your teeth are positioned the better the face will look. As far as not having enough bone grafts can be done. As far as expenses no real answer if it bothers you enough consider a payment plan good luck

You may want to consider a bridge to replace the missing molar, or consult with a plastic surgeon.
