Dr. Golpa was among the first dentists in the U.S. to embrace the All-on-4® treatment concept more than a decade ago. After routinely performing every aspect of the procedure (planning, placement and delivery) thousands of times, Dr. Golpa and his team have improved and perfected it.
After dealing with loose ,missing teeth and infection I now have a full set of G4 implants . I was told by others I was not a candidate for implants . G4 has a revolutionary process you are wearing your implants 24 hrs after extraction . I went to the Las Vegas Office and Dr. T preformed my surgery . All of the staff are wonderful . PS: I am soon to be 72 and a Diabetic . Get a consult from them ! Updated on 10 Nov 2022: After loose , missing & infected teeth for years I made the decision to go with G4 to extract and replace my teeth in 24 hrs. I live in Las Vegas so the Las Vegas office was my choice. I had been told by 2 other offices I was not a candidate for implants , turns out they were incorrect . Dr.T did my extractions and placed my implants. I'm a little over 2 weeks out and am still learning how to chew properly again . I have a bit of a lisp so I talk slowly and pronounce slowly . The discomfort was managed with Ibuprofen , about day 6 you are noticeably more comfortable . Im still getting use to the feel of my new teeth in my mouth . Why seemed out of place has gotten better as the gums heal and swelling goes down . People should understand that these are not your nature teeth and with any thing takes time to get use to them . All in all I am happy with my experience so far with G4 Dr.T and the team at G4 Las Vegas
I am happy to share a review of my experience with G4 by Golpa. I was doing alot of reaseach & looking into options for dentures, implants & dental repair work. Once I found the G4 by Golpa website I knew this was meant for me! It was the only website that really covered the procedure, options offered & was full of information. Most dentists will say that having teeth extracted, implants in & teeth in the next day isn't possible. Let me tell you IT IS POSSIBLE! From the website, to the first phone call, to the realignment of my permanent Bridges, the G4 by Golpa office in Vegas was amazing! They were personable, professional & knowledgeable! I didn't realize how having a "new smile" would change the way I see myself & give me the confidence I've never had! This procedure really is the only way to go! It really is painless. If you follow the instructions they give you before & after your procedure you will have very minimal bruising, swelling & discomfort. (on days 6-9 there will be some tightness & minimal discomfort). For the first time in my life stranger's have complicated me on my smile, people who know me say they are amazed at how natural my teeth seem & more importantly I AM LIKING WHAT I SEE IN THE MIRROR! I HAVE TO SAY A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE G4 VEGAS OFFICE & LAB! You're ALL AMAZING! keep doing what you're doing & giving people a smile they deserve to have! Much thanks & love AmyAs an incentive for posting a review, this reviewer received an entry into RealSelf’s monthly $500 gift card giveaway.
What is a person who has a strong anxiety of dentist doing looking up someone who does implants? My teeth has always had problems, cavities, crowns, and root canals. It’s just been recently that I had a tooth that needed to be extracted, besides receding gums and abscesses. I knew sooner or later I would have to get dentures, hence my search for implants. I heard about G4 by Golpa from a Facebook group. The more I search, the more intrigued I was with them. From the start with a phone consult until the end, a new smile, I felt so comfortable. The staff makes you feel as family and Dr. T was wonderful. I was shocked as I was never nervous or scared, which has never happened in a dental office. Having 32 teeth extracted was the calmest experience I have ever had. I can’t explain it yet I was so at peace. I was shocked with how much details went into measuring and creating my teeth. The amount I was charged is WELL worth it. I heard from others of all the trouble, pain and months to years before they can have their permanent teeth. With Golpa, there was NO pain at all, none. Plus you get your permanent teeth within 24 hours. If you need a new smile I don’t know why you would not go to where they specialize in their trade of making great smiles. They seem to good to be true, yet they are not just good, they are great. I can’t say enough about Golpa and how they changed my life for the better. Thank you Dr. Golpa, Dr. T and staff in Vegas, you guys are truly the best. You are more than welcome to follow my Golpa Smile journey from start to present here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC-0HdupfFWg24v-svwGDsAg
I started having a lot of dental problems around 26-28 years old from an eating disorder I developed at 16. It lasted until I was 28. I had nice teeth before and didn't realize it was destroying the enamel on my teeth. By the time I knew what was happening, it was too late. I was rapidly losing my back teeth, once that happened, my other teeth starting shifting. I didn't have dental insurance and couldn't afford a dentist until I was 34. I saved up several thousand hoping I still could save my teeth and maybe get partials for the back. I made an appt with a local dentist and found out nothing could be done to save my bottom teeth. I had some work done to my top teeth to hold me over until I could do more. The dentist told me that I really needed to get them all pulled and get dentures. I had a panic attack in the dentist office because that was one of my biggest fears. I was not ok with having removeable teeth at my age. And I knew that it would cause tremendous bone loss in the jaw and change the shape of my face. So I suffered with my teeth for almost 6 more years while saving as much money as possible. It was very difficult to eat, I had abscesses every few months, and was in pain all the time. I was embarrassed to talk or smile, it was just a nightmare. I researched Golpa throughout all these years wanting so badly to be able to afford going to him, but I didn't believe it would happen. I originally planned on going to Costa Rica for all on four, but was so worried about going out of the country for something like this. I drove a cheap car I bought off craigslist to continue saving money and finally at 40, I had enough saved up to go to Dr Golpa. I called the Virginia location in April 2020 and made my Appt for May 26, 2020. I was there for 3 days for my procedure. First day, was consult day. Second day, surgery to remove my teeth and put in implants. Third day, was bridge installation. I had some soreness and swelling but never any severe pain and all I took was ibuprofen bc I had a problem with prescription painkillers before and didn't want to risk taking them. I went back after 6 months for a check up on my implants and bridge adjustment. They ended up making me new bridges bc my first set was a little big for my mouth and they were adding molars. First new set they made didn't fit my face at all...it was way too small and aged me, so they sent me back to the hotel for 24 hours and had me come back the next day for another set. That set was perfect and it's the ones I have now. They feel very natural and I actually forget I have them sometimes! I'm so happy I was able to afford this procedure and would recommend it to anyone that cannot save their natural teeth. Updated on 30 Nov 2021: It has been almost a year and a half since surgery and still doing great! My annual checkup is supposed to be in December this year, but I called the office and asked to change it to March. I'm traveling from TN and don't wanna risk driving in snow around Christmas time. I'm very glad they're ok with that. I haven't had any issues so far, and I've finally gotten used to using the bridge floss. I had a hard time with it at first and used to mostly just waterpik. It's important to use actual floss too though. I'll post an update after my checkup or if anything changes. Very happy with them!

It has been great so far. 6 weeks in and all is really good. The procedure was completely painless, during and after. Very little bruising, some swelling. Not too many issues with speech, but I’m a good talker! A few words still take time to pronounce but I’m sure will get better in time. Looking forward to my check up!
I have struggled with dental issues for the past two decades. This really started after my divorce while trying to raise two children with limited finances and periods of no insurance. I learned that trying to play catch up with your dental health doesn’t always work. I also learned that society judges us harshly when we have decayed or missing teeth. We are stigmatized as having: 1)bad oral hygiene 2)using drugs 3) being smokers 4) having lower IQ’s, 5) being less professional and successful 6) effects social life and self esteem That is why I felt like this was an investment I needed to make. I received many quotes over a two year period ad Dr. Golpa definitely fell on the lower price point. He was located in Las Vegas and I live in Orange County, CA. This was definitely a concern when making my decision. What if there was issues etc? Then I noticed he had an affiliate in Los Angeles (part of a new program where he is training dentists that can provide after care) So I went to Las Vegas during a pandemic my family was not happy to have the procedure done. I traveled with my girl friend. I brought two pictures of my natural teeth when they were healthy and was specific about how I wanted them to look. I scored BIG TIME Dr. Golpa did my procedure and everything seemed OK. Went back to the hotel slept. Went back the next day and I was experiencing pain. The girl that was going to place my bridges was no going to numb me. I said are you going to numb me? She said no you won’t need it. I needed it after 5 min. she got annoyed and called in a Dr. to numb me. After they places my implants I was asked if I liked them and I said I am in pain and overwhelmed. I woke up swollen and we left for CA the next day. I did notice the teeth were very wide and big. The front teeth were sort along with all the other and didn’t have a natural arching shape towards the back. They felt way to wide. I waited to show the family and they all said the same thing so I emailed and they said I needed to wait - which is horrible because they teeth are so big and wide (I have a small mouth ) plus I had these done for an event in late December. I will say that communication has been very difficult I have been trying to get a November appointment for a week now sent three emails with no answer. This is not a good feeling. I am trying to trust the process. I will keep you
My teeth were so bad and I had 13 down to the gums and remaining teeth were broken, cavities and just horrible. My mom and dad both had dentures @ 22/23 all 5 of us kids have bad teeth. Just the past 8 years all my crowns, fillings just gave out little by little and that's expected because they were worked on over 20 years ago but past 2 years the decay became so rapid and I knew I could no longer be healthy like that not to mention not smiling for so long.. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable and they do not rush you at all. I'm on day 4 and I'm still unable to eat as my pain is pretty bad, it's more like bad pressure. I guess the pain will be around for a bit as mine has stayed the same and I'm more swollen today but I did have @ least 23 teeth pulled. The ibuprofen helps so much, I'm out of it but I will call to see if I can get more..hopefully tonight i can sleep all night.. I really wish flossing instructions were sent home with me. I cant remember when I'm supposed to start flossing? I tried today but I have no opening to pull the floss through.. Have a good night.
Finally got upper and lowers done at Golpa in DC. Best Exerience ever. From Brandi, who pulled me back from a ledge a few times because of my fear to Dr.Fadi who did the actual work with Golpa consulting, plus the wonderful staff at their beautiful state of the art brand new DC office, this experience could not have been painless or easy. From the scheduling, to the uber

The strongest muscle based on its weight is the masseter. With all muscles of the jaw working together it can close the teeth with a force as great as 55 pounds (25 kilograms) on the incisors or 200 pounds (90.7 kilograms) on the molars. It is possible that a screw has worked itself loose, you should have it checked ASAP
Conscious is a combination of medicines to help you relax (a sedative) and to block pain (an anesthetic) during a medical or dental procedure. You will remain in a “twilight” state, and can respond to commands, but remember little of the procedure. Conscious sedation lets you feel no pain, recover quickly, and return to your everyday activities soon after your procedure.
Levels of discomfort vary but typically are minimal. There may be some swelling and discomfort a few days after your surgery. Swelling is a normal response in the healing process. Once swelling occurs it takes 7-10 days to subside. You should have implant checked ASAP
Depending on your bone/tissue level, the abutments that hold the prostheses in your mouth will be noticeable if you pull your lip up. The purpose of having visible abutments is for optimal hygiene purposes. You MUST be able to pass the bridge floss underneath the prosthetic in order to keep plaque and tartar from building up around your abutments and on the underside of the bridge.
Anesthesiologists should administer and monitor your conscious sedation.
