Good morning, I hope you are well. I do not recommend injecting anything into the buttocks because complications may arise in the future due to the components of the injection.
It is difficult to discuss this issue without any photos and/or in-person evaluation. Very likely that injection of fat grafts could correct deformity to a certain degree. It is not likely that insurance would cover such a procedure. Good luck.
