Hiii I’ve fallen on the stairs, had a massive bruise, and then for a year now I have this dent. Is that possible to resolve it to look as before? Thank you so much!

Good morning, I hope you are well. I do not recommend injecting anything into the buttocks because complications may arise in the future due to the components of the injection.

It is difficult to discuss this issue without any photos and/or in-person evaluation. Very likely that injection of fat grafts could correct deformity to a certain degree. It is not likely that insurance would cover such a procedure. Good luck.

One year after surgery is considerd to be time for fat grafts take and maturation. After that time grafts are stable and no pressure under normal circumstances will cause volume loss. Hope this helps.
