What would be the best way for me to get rid of my banana rolls and fix a double gluteal fold on one butt? (Photos)

Really want to get rid of my banana rolls without causing my butt to be saggy. I was thinking to get Lipo or Kybella. Not sure which one to go for or what doctor to go for. Doctor suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Based on your pictures you seem to be a good candidate for an inferior buttock lift which can be utilized to reconstruct the gluteal fold while removing loose skin in the area. Consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to go over your options.

liposuction to this area can really cause sagging. you need to be okay with improvement like morpheus, trusculpt ID/flex, thermage, sculptra ect.  or you would have to consider procedures with like bodytite and or thigh lifting.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Liposuction in that area will give a better results and be more predictable. However, liposuction in the banana roll area does need to be conservative.

The best option is to perform liposuction and previously perform local radio frequency, it would help not only for that area, on the other hand it would also help to remove gluteal cellulite, it calls my attention is to look at the inner thigh, I think that in that area you could also have localized fat and with this it would support the idea of contour more, another good additional option would be the use of the bodytite that makes the dermis contraction and reduces the risk of flaccidity

There is no correct or single answer for this issue.  The extra skin cannot be treated with liposuction or skin excision (which leaves an aesthetically undesirable scar) alone.   Liposuction May alleviate a little of the issues but the double crease is difficult to cure.  You may need a combination of liposuction, Kybella and Morpheus (non surgical radio frequency combined with micro-needling)

The banana roll is a skinfold that exists in some people as the skin on the back of the thigh is pushed into the buttocks in a standing position.

It’s similar to how the lower abdomen creates a fold in a sitting position.

In a standing position there’s not enough room for the skin as is being pushed up into the buttocks in a standing position. This skin redundancy is necessary in order to have full flexion of the hips.

Because the problem is not fat related Liposuction doesn’t fix it and causes indentation problems.

There’s no easy way to correct us. Skin excision which would be the correct treatment leaves an undesirable scar.

Liposuction typically fails and creates a new problem.

This one we just don’t have a good answer for.

Some providers may believe liposuction will treat the problem. I would be cautious and insist on seeing a collection of impressive before and after pictures before choosing that option.
