I am not a fan of Coolsculpting since the results are unpredictable and can leave some in worse shape. A fat transfer could be done to help restore volume loss. Since your previous treatments have left scarring, it may need more than one transfer and the fat placement must be conservative. Fat could also help with some discoloration over time. It will not be a quick fix. Please go to someone with experience in fat grafting in scarred areas.

Cool sculpting typically doesn’t work and because of that it doesn’t cost the problem that you had. On the few instances when it’s truly effective it leaves what I’ve previously referred to as a cell phone imprint print following the outline of the suction cup.

There are two basic approaches to correcting this. One is liposuction of the surrounding and treated areas which is referred to revision Liposuction. The other option is fat grafting in the area that was over treated. Sometimes a combination of both can give the best results.

Occasionally converting the area to a skin tightening procedure like a thigh lift can help or be an option as well.

I recently took care of someone with the same deformity from previous liposuction by someone else.

With that patient I anticipated her needing multiple rounds of fat transfer and revision Liposuction. She has done remarkably well with one round of revision work but will probably need one more.

Her indentations were far worse than yours.
