It's been two years since I underwent inner thigh Coolsculpting and was left with these "sharkbite" indents plus permanent hyperpigmentation as a result. I've consulted with 5 surgeons now and each one has a different method of recommended approach. I'm interested in obtaining as many opnions as possible prior to making a decision about my course of action, so all opinions would be welcome. This has been a very traumatic situation and my next steps need to be helpful ones.

Answer: CoolSculpting Shark Bite Inner Thighs. This is a complication/s of CoolSculpting! The hyperpigmentation is unfortunately permanent. The "indents and hills above and below the dents can be improved via lipo of hills and fat grafting to dents with Sculptra injections as an added improvement. This is a general anesthesia correction in office. Best to seek ONLY in person advise from only very experience boarded private practice Plastic Surgeons (NOT the clinic ones!). Fees in the $10,000 ranges.
