It's been two years since I underwent inner thigh Coolsculpting and was left with these "sharkbite" indents plus permanent hyperpigmentation as a result. I've consulted with 5 surgeons now and each one has a different method of recommended approach. I'm interested in obtaining as many opnions as possible prior to making a decision about my course of action, so all opinions would be welcome. This has been a very traumatic situation and my next steps need to be helpful ones.

Answer: Thighs I am not a fan of Coolsculpting since the results are unpredictable and can leave some in worse shape. A fat transfer could be done to help restore volume loss. Since your previous treatments have left scarring, it may need more than one transfer and the fat placement must be conservative. Fat could also help with some discoloration over time. It will not be a quick fix. Please go to someone with experience in fat grafting in scarred areas.

This is a general anesthesia correction in office. Best to seek ONLY in person advise from only very experience boarded private practice Plastic Surgeons (NOT the clinic ones!).
