I have a dent on one side of my butt and I don't like it at all. What can I do?

Looks like you could be a good candidate for fat transfer, to fix your problem and improve your buttocks, and I think you'll get very good results. 
l recommend you to make an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for a proper answer and to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Hi there. A fat graft to the dented area may be the solution to your concern depending upon the case of the dent, surrounding soft tissue and the presence of adherent scar. An in-person exxamintion will prove helpful to you to determine if the dent is treatable
