Hi. I've been dealing with an enlarged tailbone (or a visible tailbone) that seems to stick out at the top of the crack between the buttocks. It's most visible when I bend over. I do have difficulties sitting down or exercises (sit ups...etc). What can be done to remove it? Are there any risks if I seek a professional surgeon? Is plastic surgery (fat transfer or implants) a more safe alternative? Thank you.

Buttock augmentation with silicone implants is recommended for the slender woman who does not have enough fat for transfer. See only board certified plastic surgeons in consultation.
