Visible tailbone... what can be done? Is plastic surgery (fat transfer or implants) a more safe alternative? (photos)

A visible tailbone such as yours is more often a result of its rotation or angle at the end of the spine more than it actually being enlarged.  Although a physical exam is first necessary, options to more or less conceal it may include buttock implants or fat transfer, depending upon whether you are desiring buttock augmentation as well.  Glad to help

Displacement of the coccyx may be traumatic or genetic. You might consider consulting a spine surgeon regarding the risks and benefits of removal. Fat transfer for buttock augmentation may be a successful procedure to camouflage this bone.
