I am really self conscious of the sagging under my eyes and feel like they droop.. I really want this surgery. Can this correct what I have? It was saying an estimate was $1,700 I’m so tired of always asking for flash camera. Is what I’m showing in my pictures achievable or unrealistic? It’s emotionally damaging to me.. Your problem is about the asymetry. I seems that there is little ptosis in your right eyelid but with one photo it is to hard to say sth about it. After the examination we can talk about it. Making a ptosis correction surgery, minimal pinch resection of skin and after that placement of fillers...
Your left upper eyelid does appear to have an unnatural crease and seems to be scarred down into this position. See an experienced eye surgeon for possible revision. In the meantime, gently massage that lid in a downward direction to help soften the scar tissue.
Thank you for your question and for providing photos. You would likely benefit from both an upper and lower blepharoplasty to give your eyes a refreshed appearance. Excess skin above the eyes can be removed and the crease more defined for a natural-looking contour.
