How can one treat Demodex Folliculitis on the scalp? (Photo)

Prescribed Clobex for my inflammation, just received biopsy results is due to Focal Perifollicular lymphocytic infiltrate with demodex, previously good results for 10 yrs from compounding minoxidil with ret a,A/A but very drying which may have resulted to inflammation,now both rogaine mousse & clobex are irritating scalp/hair is extremely dry & shedding, will ivermactin mixed with compound minoxdil help treat both demodex/hairloss in one?

The key question is whether the Demodex is causing a problem or not. Demodex is often found in biopsies. I advise working with a specialist to determine if this finding is relevant or not. We don’t always treat this - it depends on the specific clinical scenario.
