What is the next course of action if Rogaine and 200mg Spironolactone doesn't help androgenetic alopecia?

Went on spiro to help with the acne 4 years ago. Was on for several years no problem. I stopped taking it a year ago for a period of 6 months. After this started a lot of shedding and some blading on crown. I started back on spiro and rogaine. Slowly getting worse. Assuming androgenetic based on onset and history of hormonal acne. DO NOT have PCOS
