I have traction alopecia. I started using rogaine, have regrown small baby like hairs.

I use it twice should I use it more oftenI used to wear turban and jura which caused traction alopecia some call it Sikh traction and now I don't anymore and have short hairs. I have been using it from past almost 3 months. I can see very small baby like hairs regrowing so should I increase the frequency of applying or can I use trentonian 0.25% to get better results.

I don't see Tretinoin improving this condition, nor will Minoxidil make a substantial difference.  Yes, fine baby hairs, but not much more.  You'll need to limit the tension/traction.  Hair Restoration may also be a solution.

Many men who wear a turban develop traction alopecia. This is best treated with a hair transplant rather than drugs like minoxidil which will not give you full bodied hair
