Which chemical peel is best for my type of acne/skin condition? (photos)

For the sake of the picture I'm stretching my skin so you can see more clearly. On my cheeks you can see numerous closed comedones that just never seem to go away.Then there's also this cluster of bumps on my forehead (really only on my left side). My main goal is to remove all these bumps and then smoothen out the texture. Considering getting a really deep salicyitic peel because I heard those are the best for unclogging pores but I have also been considering getting a TCA. What do you think?

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. The options available for acne scars depend on the character of your scars, in terms of topography and contour. We see atrophic and hypertrophic acne scars, as well as scars that have hypo and hyperpigmentation. We begin each scar evaluation with an assessment of scar quality and subtype. Our main concern is rebuilding collagen and that is why we use a HIDEF protocol that includes combination therapy. Morpheus 8, scar subcision, fibrous release, fractional laser, CO2 laser, Thulium laser, PDL Vbeam laser, and fractional resurfacing can be used in addition to TCA Cross and chemical peels to further improve skin. Patients should start Melarase AM and Melarase PM for active hyperpigmentation. Always begin with a consultation to decide whether early subcision should be started.

Given your skin type you must be very careful of inflammatory peels to ensure you do not get hyperpigmented.  VI peel or salicylic acid would be best. Dear patient, glycolic peels are mild and gently open closed and open comedone. Aestheticians can perform them and even combine them with Microdermabarsion. There is no downtime but it will take a few sessions to get decent results. Jessner peel is more aggressive and requires a few days of hiding from the public. The results are better and last longer. The cost also differs. Both can be used all over the body (face, neck, chest, arms, legs and more)
