Can I get a chemical peel on my legs to get rid of dark spots on legs (strawberry legs), if not what can be done? (Photo)

Before going the chemical peeling route I might suggest trying bleaching agents locally applied. Best to see either a dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon to help you.. 

Our treatments use combination therapy to improve the epidermis and dermis for most deep scars. Chemical peels can be considered but you should also find
out what is causing this discoloration. Are your hair follicles too thick? Perhaps
hair laser removal may be a suggestion to prevent this condition from getting
any worse. Once that is under control you can work on further treating the
marks.
