Cheek Implants. Do They Require Replacements? Risks?

mothballs
Considering cheek implants because they seem to have the longest lasting results but was worried about two things. 1.) Would they eventually dry and and require replacements? If that does happen, how often would I need replacements? Would the surgeries get more risky as I continued to require them? 2.) Can you feel them when they're in your face? Would I be able to feel a wad of silicone in my face everytime I smile? I know you can feel breast implants, would this be the same?
