Rhinoseptoplasty rib transplant 9 po. My right side is very swollen and appears crooked. Is this normal?

I had a surgery 9 days ago. Was extremely swollen for the first 5 days. Then they took the cast off. It remained very swollen until a couple days ago. Then the left side suddenly went right down. The right side stayed very swollen. Inside the right nostril the septum seems bulky or swollen. It makes my nose appear crooked (like it was prior to surgery). I can’t speak directly to my surgeon, only through his assistant. I’m told it’s just due to uneven swelling. Thoughts?
