I had Rhinoplasty almost 2 months ago, and I had secondary infection between the eyebrows, and now it's gone. But now, the tear ducts in my eyes itch. I've been told twice it might be hay fever, but I've never had allergies. Why are my eyes itching, near the nose?

Taping can help mold or position the nose as it is going through the healing / edema phase. It definitely can help achieve a supra-tip break, which is an area that I sometimes use taping to assist with edema resolution. I would not suggest that you take it onto yourself to start this treatment...
It is challenging to correct a narrow nose, but this can be done so with spreader grafts and/or other procedures, however, one needs to see and analyze the patient and should be done by a Rhinoplasty Surgeon.
It depends on the technique used in the septoplasty. Most commonly a septal resection is used which removes the deviated portion of the cartilage. This way the deviated septum should not reccur. Scorring of the cartilage has less effect and might reccur but it is also used in milder cases.
