8 months post op of Rhinoplasty, my nose has now reverted back to its old shape. Do I need a revision?

Revision rhinoplasty to support tip, etc. it looks as though your tip is below your bridge line. Steroids will not help this at 11 months. See an experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon.

I do not see any current photos which show how your nose reverted back to the original shape.  It appears from the early post-op pictures that a hump was removed on the bridge and the tip elevated a bit.  It is unlikely the hump recurred.  However, it is not uncommon for there to be some loss of tip position after some rhinoplasties.  As the tip descends, a pseudo-hump forms because the bridge is once again high relative to the tip.  This problem is unlikely to resolve without a revision in which greater support is restored to the tip allowing it to remain in a stable higher position.  The tip and dorsum need to have an appropriate relationship with one another for a nose to look good (see more in the link below which directs to a video I made on this topic).
