I was told i had thick skin so i would swell a lot,but even my breathing has been severely affected. I saw an ENT and he told me that the shape the previous surgeon attempted to do wasn't properly supported and thats why the shape dropped back to what it was previously. He also told me i needed revision surgery to fix this. I am unsure if my nose is just swollen from my thick skin or that i really should opt for a revision surgery at around the 11 month mark.

Your photo sows that your nose is a little crooked. You also said you have a bump but I can't see it on this front view. You can still fix the bump and straighten your nose by having a Rhinoplasty.
In general, pain following surgery is minimal. Pain medication is prescribed by your surgeon for any discomfort you may experience. I would recommend communicating any specific concerns to your surgeon prior to the procedure, as he/she will know the details of the surgery and advise accordingly....
