Hello bugs1966,A rhinoplasty surgery should have no bearing on your ability to produce saliva. The nerve that stimulates the release of saliva does not pass anywhere near the nose. The stimulation to release saliva does not depend on any function around the nose. I'd recommend you see your primary care doctor as there are some autoimmune diseases that can decrease saliva production. I hope this helps and good luck.
