What is this thing on my nose tip that's creating ugly shadows? (Photo)

I had a slightly bulbous tip before and my surgeon used 5 cap grafs, shield graft, cephalic trim, dome binding suture, columellar strut. I hate my tip! Especially from the front, it looks like I have a dott and I dislike the shadows around it. What is causing this?
