Rhinoplasty and fertility - should I wait until after having the baby?

Based on ultrasounds and hormonal testing, I have somewhat low ovarian reserve for my age -32 turning 33 in May. I will likely not be trying for a baby for another 3-4 years. Would getting a septorhinoplasty in the meantime hurt my fertility? I have heard that inflammation anywhere in the body can harm fertility, and I know that the recovery process for rhinoplasty is long. Should I wait until after having the baby to get a rhinoplasty?

Hello! Thank you for your question.It looks like your nose tip is very upturned. Your nostrils are showing too much.I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery, especially if it is painful. The pain may get stronger with time.Best regards!
