I hadopen primary rhino with alar base reduction with a wonderful surgeon. But after the procedure, my nostrils differ from each other especially as the swelling goes down. The right nostril is ok but the left one is being pulled up. From the bottom view, the columella is tilting to the right. I really admire my surgeon, he has a great artistic eye but I’m having a hard time finding the exact words to describe these issues to him. What words should I use to articulate so he understands me?

Hi,
"Smoothening the bump" is the same thing as lowering the bridge. So instead of just lowering the very minimal bump that you have, a skilled surgeon can continue to lower the bridge to the desired height as determined in the pre-operative consultation.

Hello! Thank you for your question. It looks like your nose tip is very upturned. Your nostrils are showing too much.I recommend you a revision rhinoplasty surgery, especially if it is painful. The pain may get stronger with time.Best regards!
