Can anybody recommend some good Rhinoplasty surgeons around NJ, PA, and NY? I want to reduce my nose size, refine the tip, get rid of a tiny bump, and narrow my nose. Thanks!

Temporary loss of smell and sometimes an associated diminished taste sensation after rhinoplasty is not unusual and tends to improve over  3-6 weeks. More permanent causes can occur but are rare. Turbinates occur naturally and are not caused by surgery but can be treated by them

 See a rhinoplasty expert who is familiar with airway problems to correct any septal or turbinate problem. Removing the hump won't improve your nasal airway.

If you are suffering from rhinophyma (sebaceous thickening of the nasal skin) there is a simple procedure using the CO2 laser to plane down the skin. The procedure doesn't hurt much. Takes about a week for the nose to resurface. Lasts a very long time, if not a lifetime.
