Perceived problem: Bulbous nose tip, Wide dorsal bridge and base, Slight hump across the dorsal bridge 1. Is it realistic goal to believe that my nose can go from A to B (See image ref.)? 2. If so, what surgical procedures would you recommend to make my nose go from A to B (See image ref.)? 3. Concerning skin thickness, I am Caucasian and have oily skin with black dots/visible pores on my nose. Does this mean I have thick skin?
