The hollowness around your eyes may be a result of other tissue looking very swollen. I would give it some time to settle down.
If your eyelid changes are recent since your surgery than I would suspect that this is most likely due to swelling. It is quite common for patients to have swelling of the eyelids and black eyes following a rhinoplasty, especially if osteotomies were performed. Give this some time.
Hallows under eyes a month after rhinoplasty are secondary to temporary swelling. If your not satisfied after several months, fillers such as Restylane or your own fat can be injected into the depressions.
