Eye Hollows After Rhinoplasty - What Can I Do?

Give it a little more time....3 to 6 months.  If it is still troubling you, find an expert in the injection of Restylane into the lower eye lid hollows.  Good luck and be well.

According to your description, the hollowness under the eyes after rhinoplasty is caused by swelling. This will resolve with time. Good luck and good healing
 

The hollowness around your eyes may be a result of other tissue looking very swollen. I would give it some time to settle down.

If your eyelid changes are recent since your surgery than I would suspect that this is most likely due to swelling. It is quite common for patients to have swelling of the eyelids and black eyes following a rhinoplasty, especially if osteotomies were performed. Give this some time.

Hallows under eyes a month after rhinoplasty are secondary to temporary swelling. If your not satisfied after several months, fillers such as Restylane or your own fat can be injected into the depressions.
