Any doctor out there particularly good at reverse osteotomies? (outfracture)

Question

In a primary rhinoplasty the doctor performed lateral and medial osteotomies making my entire nose extremely narrow. I can't find a surgeon who would reverse the osteotomies or any more information or pictures of it. Please let me know which surgeon can do this and where I can find pictures.

When presented with narrow nasal bones, reverse osteotomies and cartilaginous spreader grafts are required to hold open the new nasal bone placement. Look for an experienced rhinoplasty specialist  who has dealt with this problem in the past.   Digital computer imaging offers a communication process between the surgeon and the patient .For many examples of narrow noses we have widened in our practice, please see  the link below

Reverse osteotomies are very simple. The problem is getting the bones to stay where they are. Look for the surgeons that do a laf=rge volume of revision rhinoplasties. You can check with the ASPRS.
