When presented with narrow nasal bones, reverse osteotomies and cartilaginous spreader grafts are required to hold open the new nasal bone placement. Reverse osteotomies are very simple. The problem is getting the bones to stay where they are. Look for the surgeons that do a laf=rge volume of revision rhinoplasties. You can check with the ASPRS.
