How can I add volume back to the nose? (Photo)

Question

Hi, I had primary surgery 4 years ago to deproject my nose and reduce its size. I feel my nose is too small, thin, slightly deprojected for a male. I would like to add "a little" bit of volume back to the nose. Truly finesse rhinoplasty and nothing drastic at all. Would would be the best surgicial route for this?

I agree with some of the other comments.  Using a small amount of HA based fillers will likely help.  I would inject in the soft triangle area and the transition between those areas and the tip.  This might to increase projection per se by will improve the tip aesthetics.  If you liked the appearance of this then you could later add a little bit of crushed or bruised cartilage to those areas under local for a more enduring result.

I am increasingly using a non-surgical rhinoplasty as an approach to making subtle changes, and sometimes even quite dramatic changes to the nose. Predominantly this involves using dermal fillers to add volume where needed to improve the proportion and balance of the nose. The fillers I use most frequently are Voluma® and Radiesse®. These can be used to camouflage a hum and asymmetries, build up the bridge and enhance tip projection.

Not knowing what your nose looked like before and only having these two views, I would say your nose looks pretty nice. Good profile and good nasolabial angle for a man.

It is your nose and I do respect your opinion but responding to two small pictures I question how much you want to increase nasal volume. Without seeing you it appears that you have a nice proportional nose. However, to answer your question I would typically use cartilage and temporal fascia to increase the size of a nose.
