Hi, I had primary surgery 4 years ago to deproject my nose and reduce its size. I feel my nose is too small, thin, slightly deprojected for a male. I would like to add "a little" bit of volume back to the nose. Truly finesse rhinoplasty and nothing drastic at all. Would would be the best surgicial route for this?

Answer: Nasal appearance after surgery Not knowing what your nose looked like before and only having these two views, I would say your nose looks pretty nice. Good profile and good nasolabial angle for a man.

Answer: Increasing Nasal Volume after Rhinoplasty It is your nose and I do respect your opinion but responding to two small pictures I question how much you want to increase nasal volume. Without seeing you it appears that you have a nice proportional nose. However, to answer your question I would typically use cartilage and temporal fascia to increase the size of a nose.
