I had a facelift 3 months ago but I am still very saggy and not much of a change. Do I need a revision or filler? Looking for something to lift.

Answer: Post 3 months facelift ?? Need to post before the facelift photos so we can compare results. Most likely full revision abd either fat grafting or HA fillers are needed. Expect fees in $10,000+

Answer: Need more photos Your photos don't show what you mean as there is no laxity or looseness to be seen. Please re-post preops and new current ones looking straight forward with no expression, front, oblique, and side.
