No change after facelift - would I benefit from filler or will I need a revision? (photos)

It is hard to answer this question without seeing preoperative photos. It would also be helpful to discuss what areas of your face are of concerns. Facelifting in general is designed to treat sagging cheeks and jowls in addition to tightening neck skin. There are many sub techniques that are incorporated into facelift surgery which surgeons tailored to the individual. It would be wise to discuss first your concerns with your surgeon to determine the correct course of action. If you were treating the jowl region, it would be interesting to note what type of technique was used to elevate the jowls. This can vary significantly with surgeons. Have an honest and thorough discussion with your surgeon.
