I had a facelift 3 months ago but I am still very saggy and not much of a change. Do I need a revision or filler? Looking for something to lift.

It is unclear what that is without feeling or performing a physical exam. Depending on the technique that was utilized, this may just be bunching of the deeper tissues. This does tend to relax but should have already by 9 months. I would recommend obtaining a second opinion from an experienced...

I would recommend obtaining a second opinion from an experienced aesthetic plastic surgeon who actually does lots of facial surgery. I would personally perform a revisionary facelift/neck lift with facial fat grafting and/or some type of resurfacing skin procedure such as a deep chemical peel....

Some patients do not get all of their sensation back but that should not delay a revision facelift if it has been over two years.,

I recommend that a patient waits 1 year prior to any revisionary surgery. I would recommend a revision facelift/necklift with facial fat grafting. The contour irregularity around the jawline appears to be poorly sutured platysma or possible traction indentation from over pulling on...

I would recommend obtaining a second opinion from an experienced aesthetic plastic surgeon who actually does lots of facial surgery. I would personally perform a revisionary complete high SMAS composite "deep plane" facelift and neck lift. You have to take tension off the skin infront of the ear...
