Does 3cc Restylane lip filler matter before lip fat graft?

I have had 3 cc of restalyn in my lips in the last 6 months. Due to price and how much I love it, I want more permanent results. I am looking at fat grafting to my lips. Is there anything I need to do with the filler prior to the procedure? Anything I should consider before doing lip augmentation?

Yes, dimples should not be affected with fat transfer. Even when fat is transfer to the buccal space.
